Our Wild Birds Unlimited Franchise Development team had a great time this past week at the Franchise Leader and Development Conference! Our CDO/EVP of Franchising, Paul Pickett spoke at the opening session, and our Lead Qualifier/Marketing Specialist, Audrey Kleine spoke on a panel discussing lead generation. Our team was incredibly humbled to have received 4 awards! Wild Birds Unlimited won 1st place in the Phone Inquiry Mystery Shop, 2nd place in the Fran Dev Website, 2nd place in the Email Mystery Shop, and #1 Overall Performance!
