This first step in our Decision-Making Process is designed to help both of begin answering those questions with confidence, clarity, and purpose.

Through our Discovery Center, you’ll review the “Bird’s Eye View” section, which introduces you to our mission, business model, and culture. You’ll have a one-on-one call with a member of our Franchise Development team to discuss your goals, values, and the unique opportunity that Wild Birds Unlimited offers.
We know that choosing a franchise is one of the most important business decisions you’ll ever make. That’s why we begin with open communication and mutual respect. From day one, we’re committed to honesty, transparency, and participation—the core values that guide every relationship in our system.
For us, this is an opportunity for us to get to know you much better, get an understanding of what you are looking for from your business, learning more about your goals, background and your understanding of the franchisor-franchisee relationship. During your initial conversation, our team will:
- Answer your early questions about the Wild Birds Unlimited brand, operations, and community.
- Review your initial request for more information and provide insight into how our franchise model supports long-term success and how we help you to meet your own personal and professional goals.
- Help you navigate the first sections of the Discovery Center, ensuring you understand each resource available to you.
- If you’re considering purchasing an existing store, we’ll also explain how to review historical financials and work with current owners.
This first interaction sets the tone for everything that follows. It’s not a sales pitch—it’s a conversation about fit, alignment, and mutual opportunity.
